Welcome to www.livrmjanseva.com. This website is owned and operated by LIVRM JAN SEVA KENDRA PVT. LTD., 3rd Floor, JS COMPLEX Near SADAR TEHSIL, BHOJUBEER VARANASI, Uttar Pradesh, India ("LIVRM", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions ("User Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy.

1. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services. If you use the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

3. Your Information & Account

In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, email, phone number, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources (including Franchise and Admin logins). Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your accounts.

4. Our Services

  1. We provide professional assistance for company and business registration, GST, income tax, TDS, MCA/ROC compliance, accounting and related filings through our team of CA, CS and legal professionals.
  2. Timelines shown are estimates. Approvals, registrations and certificates are issued by Government authorities (MCA/ROC, GSTN, Income Tax Department, FSSAI etc.) and are outside our control.
  3. You are responsible for the correctness and genuineness of documents and information you submit. We are not liable for rejections, penalties or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete documents.
  4. Government fees, stamp duty and taxes are payable in addition to our professional fees unless stated otherwise.
  5. LIVRM is a private professional services company and is not a Government department or affiliated with any Government authority.

5. Payments

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable GST. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

  1. Do not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
  2. Do not upload documents that belong to someone else without their consent.
  3. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, Franchise or Admin panels, or interfere with the website’s security.
  4. Do not copy, reproduce or resell our content without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos (including the LiVRM logo), and design, is the property of LIVRM and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

8. Franchise

Franchise enquiries submitted through the website do not create a franchise agreement. A franchise is granted only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the professional fee paid by you for that service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
