Proprietorship Registration

Proprietorship registration is the process of registering a business owned and operated by a single person. It's the simplest form of business ownership and is often used by small businesses.

Steps for proprietorship registration

(i). Identity proof: A passport, Aadhar card, voter ID, or driver's license of the owner

(ii). PAN card: A ten-digit alphanumeric identifier issued by the Income Tax Department

(iii). Address proof: Utility bills or bank statements

(iv). Proof of registered office: A utility bill or corporation tax receipt, or a rental agreement or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner
